We are thrilled to welcome the newest member of our team, Paul! Paul has joined us as a graduate of Nottingham Trent University, where he successfully completed a BSc in Computing. His degree has provided him with a solid foundation in various areas of IT, ensuring he is well-equipped to join the FranScape team!
Paul has always had a passion for technology, which stems from a fascination with computers and a love for video games. Paul's academic background, combined with a personal passion for technology, makes him a valuable asset to our team.
As a Customer Support Specialist at FranScape, Paul will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of client service. His responsibilities are varied and range from addressing basic client queries, to identifying and reporting potential software bugs. Paul excels in problem-solving, often going above and beyond to ensure that client issues are resolved efficiently.
Outside of FranScape, Paul enjoys a range of activities including both playing and watching football (with Liverpool being his favourite team) and being a devoted fan of Formula 1 and other motorsports.
