## Going international!

We’re delighted to share the news that we’re working with our first international client. This is not just a one-off and we plan to formally launch FranScape into selected overseas markets later this year, keep your eyes peeled for more info!

## Ch-ch-ch-ch-changes!

We’re always looking to make improvements to the platform, here are some of the most recent enhancements:

- The [Lessons Table](https://kb.franscape.io/knowledge/system-update-29/09/2023) provides a filterable view of all your individual lessons.
- The [Preview](https://kb.franscape.io/knowledge/system-update-07/11/2023) section allows you to view details of lessons and action changes without navigating away.
- The [List View](https://kb.franscape.io/knowledge/system-update-06/12/23) shows you the lessons table as a reduced view that is more mobile-friendly.
- Preview upgrade for tables, as with the lessons table but standard for all tables.
- The [Unverified Payments Table](https://kb.franscape.io/knowledge/system-update-13/12/23) shows payments needing 3D secure verification that have not yet been verified. This enables you to chase up payment verifications before they expire.

## Coming Soon…

Following valuable client feedback, we’re working on a couple of exciting improvements to our multi-award-winning FranScape platform that will be unveiled in the next few months. Watch this space for details…

## Check out our latest case studies

Learning about the way FranScape has changed the fortunes of other franchise organisations will give you a good idea of what we could achieve for your business.

Discover the experiences of [Rhythm Time](https://resources.franscape.io/resources/case-study-rhythm-time), [Baby College](https://resources.franscape.io/resources/case-study-baby-college), [Jam Coding](https://resources.franscape.io/resources/case-study-jam-coding) and [The Creation Station](https://resources.franscape.io/resources/case-study-the-creation-station) here. Changing your software platform can seem daunting for some, but these case studies show that a move will always be worth your while. Particularly as we endeavour to make change as painless as possible for new clients.

ICAP Conference

It was great to be able to catch up with friends, old and new, at the recent ICAP Conference in Birmingham.

We all get so busy running our own businesses that it’s inspiring to be able to stop and look up, occasionally, to see what everyone else out there is doing. We learned loads in just one day!

What do you think?

We hope you like the new FranScape newsletter layout as much as we do! Let us know what you'd like to see in future editions of the FranScape quarterly newsletter by filling in this [feedback form](https://share.hsforms.com/1UxhsW-WGQu2ESrBOrU7kkQ4dt3i).
